Kaizen is a permaculture farm, and so much more.

Kaizen means "good change"

Kaizen is a compound of two Japanese words that together translate as "good change" or "improvement." However, Kaizen has come to mean "continuous improvement" through its association with lean methodology and principles.
Here at Kaizen Farm our mission is straightforward. We intend to create a high efficiency, low environmental impact farming operation that produces the highest quality output with minimal disruption to the land.
We also focus on other initiatives to support the local community, as well as educational programs that we hope will inspire others to follow in our footsteps.

You are what you eat. The fact is that it is increasingly difficult to ensure that you are providing your family and customers with the highest quality inputs. This is what drives us at Kaizen Farm. We grew tired of being subjected to outputs from corporate farm operations more concerned with profit margins than long term health. You will never find any glysophate or other harsh chemicals on our land. We want to create the purest most healthful nutrition possible, regardless of cost. With that said, money is always a factor. We believe that our sustainability practices are not only good for the Earth, but also allow us to provide the best quality produce without charging an arm and a leg.
